The JPS Development License Agreement is a legal agreement between
you and JPS Development for the JPS Development SOFTWARE PRODUCTS
identified above. By installing, copying or using the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by terms of this agreement.

The Software is owned by JPS Development and is protected
by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well
as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software
is licensed, not sold.

1. DEFINITIONS.

  "Software" means the JPS Development software product, which
  includes computer software and may include associated printed
  materials and "online" or electronic documentation.

  "Evaluation Version" or "Unregistered Version" means a copy
  of the Software you obtained for evaluation purposes.
  It is described as "Evaluation Version" in the program's
  "About" dialog box and has some limitations as explained
  above in this file.

2. TRIAL USE LICENSE

  This License Agreement grants you the right to use
  the Unregistered Version for evaluation purposes for a period
  not longer than 30 days. The Evaluation Version is in use on
  a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (e.i. RAM)
  of that computer. After 30 days starting from your first use
  you must either register the Software or stop using it.

3. REGISTERING SOFTWARE

  After paying a license fee you will receive the Registered
  Version and you will be entitled to receive free upgrades
  within the next 12 months.

4. COPYRIGHT AND OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

  You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.
  You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, disassemble
  or make copies of the Software except as provided elsewhere
  in this agreement. All rights not expressly granted in this
  agreement are reserved to JPS Development.

5. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  You may make copies of the Evaluation Version and give
  it to others, or distribute it in any possible way (including
  Web sites/services, CDs, DVDs) as long as you:

  - distribute the original EVALUATION VERSION available
    directly from JPS Development http://www.jps-development.com;

  - do not distribute the EVALUATION VERSION as a single
    file containing any other software products without
    written permission from JPS Development.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
  JPS DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING
  ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
  FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT
  SHALL JPS DEVELOPMENT OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION
  OR DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
  INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS
  PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION,
  OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY
  TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF JPS DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED
  OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
